Dennis and his wife Pip moved to Strathfieldsaye 30 years ago and raised their three children there while running their legal practice in Bendigo. They have been involved in many community groups including school councils for Strathfieldsaye Primary School, Bendigo South East College & Bendigo Senior Secondary College, Strathfieldsaye Cricket & Football and Axe Creek Landcare as well as a director of SDCE for over 10 years.
